For delivery information relating to purchases made in the Garden Centre please ask in store or call us on 01268 726421. Charges and lead times vary depending on your location and the type of goods.

For purchases made on online

The delivery lead time for each product is shown on the product’s information page. Delivery prices are calculated once you have added the item to your shopping bag but the information below can be used as a guide.

Express Delivery

From 99p. Small item will be sent first class Recorded Royal Mail. You should expect to receive within 1-3 working days. 
A signature is usually required on delivery.

Next Day Delivery

From £4.95
Orders over £150 FREE*

The majority of our products are available for Next Weekday Delivery. To qualify the following conditions must be met.

• Product must be eligable for Next Day Delivery
• Order is placed before 12:00pm
• All items are in stock and ready for dispatch
• Delivery is to mainland UK (post code exclusions apply)
• Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays

Some UK post codes can sometimes take upto 48 hours to be delieverd and may incur an additional delivery charge.

7-14 Days

Some of our products have a slightly longer lead time and can take up to 14 days to be delivered. Once your goods are ready to be sent, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.

International Deliveries

Some of our products can be delivered ouside the UK. We currenly deliver selected products to the following countries… Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Southern Ireland, Spain, Sweden. Delivery availability and cost will be shown once the item has been added to your shopping bag.
